If you join our waitlist or subscribe for updates on our website, we collect your email address to notify you about product launches, updates, and news related to Circles. You can opt out of these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any message.
If you contact us through our website (for example, via a contact form or support email), we may collect your name, email address, and any message content you submit so that we can respond to your inquiry or provide assistance.
b. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the app, we may automatically collect:
Device information (e.g., model, operating system, app version).
Usage data (e.g., screens viewed, time spent, features used).
IP address and general location (for security and analytics).
Push notification tokens (for app alerts and updates).
Diagnostic data (such as crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics) collected through Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring.

We may receive limited data from third-party services used to operate Circles, such as:
Firebase and Firestore – for authentication, analytics, and data storage.
RevenueCat – for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Apple – for verifying subscriptions and processing payments.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring) – to collect anonymous usage, crash, and performance data to help us improve app stability and user experience.
We do not access or store your full payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple under their own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Circles Service and its features.
Manage your account, circles, and daily prompt interactions.
Deliver notifications, updates, and customer support.
Send you optional updates or announcements if you have joined our waitlist or subscribed via our website.

We do not use your information for advertising, tracking, or profiling across other companies’ apps or websites. Circles does not include third-party advertising or data brokers.
We do not share information collected through the website (such as contact form submissions or waitlist emails) with any third parties, except as needed to operate our email or support systems.
We only share information in the following cases:
With service providers (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat) who help us operate the Service.
If required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Circles App LLC, users, or the public.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase/Firestore infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We retain user data only as long as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.
Emails and contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or manage ongoing support communication.
